This forum is a safe space within the HTA member community to share thoughts, struggles, and questions with each other.
A couple of guidelines before we get started:
1. Be kind and respectful.
Every person has aspects of themselves and history that you know nothing about, and everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available to them right now.
2. Do not share advice.
You may use “I” language to share your own experience and what has worked or hasn’t worked for you, but please don't make suggestions for others.
Different things work for different people at different times in their lives, and this community is NOT intended to dictate a “right” or “wrong” way to do anything. It is, however, intended to offer support and inspiration to those who may seek it.
Any posts that do not adhere to these guidelines will be removed, and repeated issues will be brought up directly via email.
