Here are my answers:
- You can call me Katerina (Kat-er-ee-nah), she/her.
- I created HTA to help others with the tools I've learned to manage and reduce my own stress and anxiety.
- In the next 12 months I hope to open the doors to new learning experiences that I haven't tried before (maybe studying Spanish? Maybe running a 5k? Maybe trying to sell artwork? Who knows, but I know I'm ready to try something new.)
- 3 things that bring me joy: I love to hear my children giggle, I love the smell of fresh mountain air, and I love to visit family, (amongst many many other joyful things!)
